Living a non-toxic lifestyle isn't always easy. You are constantly reading labels on your products anywhere from soap to shampoo and toothpaste to mouthwash. It can be pretty exhausting, to say the least. You must all be wondering how people find the time to research all the ingredients in their products. There is a simpler and less time-consuming way. DO-IT-YOURSELF. That is right. Making your own products including DIY foaming hand soap is not only less time consuming but much healthier and more fun!
My favorite product to make at home is foaming soap. It is a pinch to put together and only contains 4 ingredients and one being water. It is such a versatile soap. I use it as a body wash; hand soap; and baby wipe solution. The best part you don't need to rinse with water. You heard that right. The vitamin E is so soothing to the skin, it leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. Adding essentials is optional. I enjoy adding Thieves essential oil. But Lavender is a great option, as it is known to maintain the appearance of healthy, and toned skin.
