Smoothies are all the rave right now and for good reason. They can pack a great nutritional punch with all the right ingredients. Beyond the usual like fruits, nuts and seeds, juices or milk, a variety of ingredients can be blended into a smoothie to make it not only tasty but healthy and filling.
I try to spice up my smoothies by adding different spices, by rotating my omega-3 fatty acids and protein (where to buy). Making a smoothie doesn't have to be rocket science but you can most definitely make it worth your time by including foods that will increase its nutritional value!
