One of my all-time favorite nut butter is peanut butter. It might not be the healthiest member of the nut butter family, but boy, does it ever taste good. And when I do eat it, it has to be accompanied by chocolate. Are you with me on this? Peanut butter and chocolate just have to be one of the best duos out there.
If I let little E, she would eat peanut butter all day long, all by it's lonesome. I thought, how could I make it a little less messy and a little more healthy? By adding coconut and raw chocolate of course. It might not be a Reese peanut butter cup, but it is its healthy cousin- the chocolate peanut butter ball.
