Have a ball- a Joe Mohr cartoon

18 Comments Green Cartoons Pin It

I love cartoons, but add some greenness to the cartoon and I am tickled green! I especially enjoyed them as a kid. But what kid doesn’t like cartoons, really? Joe Mohr uses his amazing writing and drawing talent paired with his humour to create one of a kind cartoons to get his environmental message across! I am lucky enough to be ale to share 5 cartoons with you over a 5 week period: Week 2-  Monsanto Claus, Week 3- Coal and Week 4- Zero Emissions, week 5-Fun in the snow, and week 6-Bike or drive?

Joe Mohr (aka “Mean Joe Green”) is a painter, illustrator, cartoonist, writer, beekeeper, father and hubby who enjoys travelling, biking, walking and hiking. Joe’s environmental articles and cartoons can be found on Wend Magazine, Greenpeace, The Center for Media and Democracy, Important Media, Ecopolitology, PlanetSave, Elephant Journal, and a few others.

He also does an environmental kids cartoon series called “Hank D and the Bee” on Natural Papa, Eco-SnobberySucks, and Eco Child’s Play.

The sum of Joe’s work can be found on Joe Mohr Toons or follow him @GreenCartoons

SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! I really loved this, Green Mama Stephanie! Thank you so much for sharing. That Joe is a babe AND talented, which is an excellent combination. I really love the little cartoon kid and how it looks like he’s hugging the world. Very sweet. SO MUCH emotion can be conveyed in a picture…it astounds me. Can’t wait for more!
