What's better than a glass of ice cold homemade chocolate hazelnut milk?
A whole batch of ice cold homemade chocolate hazelnut milk!
I made some basic hazelnut milk about a month ago and while I've been adding it to smoothies and really enjoying it, I felt like I needed to spice it up a little bit. After all, I can't think of anything that would go better in my morning smoothies than a bit of chocolate. Because everything tastes better with a small splash of chocolate, right?
This chocolate hazelnut milk is creamy, delicious, and so much better for you than the store-bought brands. By making this hazelnut milk at home, you cut out any additional preservatives or ingredients, dairy, packaging, and loads of sugar. In fact, the sugar in this recipe is optional – sweeten (or don't) to your hearts content!
There are so many different combinations to play with when it comes to a nut and seed milk. Actually – it's endless. And I just can't get enough. What's your favorite?
