Beautiful shot!! WOW. Happy Wednesday!
Thank you Carolyn! Happy Wednesday to you too!
Wow! that’s a cool shot!! <3
Thank you so much. It was taken in Halifax!
It was taken in southern Nova Scotia, in Pubnico County
I figured I’d better specify before the in-laws correct me! The sound of the blades cutting through the ocean-side mist was something else.
That’s what I meant of course! I cant wait to see one up close and personal. I see them all throughout Pennsylvania, but haven’t had the pleasure to see one that close! Jealous!
Beautiful picture! I would love to see one up close and personal, too.
Thank you. I am looking forward myself to be up close and personal with a windmill!
Love it! Who was it standing next to the turbine? Thanks for visiting my blog today
Thank you. It is my nephew and brother-in-law!
LOVE this picture and I love what your blog is all about! Thanks for stopping by High Impact Mom! We’re making an effort to live greener lives here too!
Thank you Amanda! It’s nice to hear that others are trying to live a little more green! And thanks for stopping by!
That is a fantastic shot. It can be deceiving to the eye, but I look again and I love it even more!
Thank you Andrea! It’s one of my all time favorite pictures! I cant credit though, it’s my sisters!
Wow- what an amazing shot! I just love how the wind turbine looms over.
Thank you Melissa, and thanks for stopping by. I love it too…hehe
I love Wind Turbines. We can drive up the side of Lake Huron by Port Elgin and pass right through a wind farm.
Love your WW!
Thank you! That must be so beautiful to see, Pam! Take pictures next time you drive through.
Interesting photo. I’ve only seen one wind farm, from a distance. We do have a 2 kW solar panel system on our roof which I love!
Thank you. Oh nice, you have a solar panel! That is so great.
We have quite a few wind farms in California and it’s really amazing to see them, up on the hilltops. I feel quite fortunate that most of our power, while not wind, is geo-thermal making our electricity much greener than most of the towns I’ve ever lived in.
I’ve never been to your blog before. I clicked through from a comment you left on C.Mom’s blog today. I’m going to go click & poke around a bit! :>
I’m back… I just noticed you’re relatively new to the blogosphere…welcome!! Love your perspective and will definitely return! :>
Just followed via GFC, so I can come back….
Thank you for stopping by Karen. I am very new, like 2 weeks new!
Geo-thermal is much better than coal, or nuclear power that is for sure!
Aww, cute!
Thank you!
Wind power is very important! Just as solar power is. We need to use our natural resources!
I agree! We need to use our natural and renewable resources….we are going to run out of oil someday!
Great photo!
Thank you, Yvonne!!!
Your sister did an awesome shot! My hubby’s grandparents were from Nova Scotia, small world.
I wish I could afford to put up a wind generator on the corner of my house, it is always windy here.
Please be sure to link up in Mr. Linky next time, I have found many great blogs (yours looks like a keeper!) & online friends by clicking through, and so have others
Thank you Faythe! I am from The Montreal area! I will look around for Mr.Linky next week.

Thank you. I have never seen one that close either. It’s a picture of my brother-in-law and nephew! One day I will see one & own one!
What a great shot! I really loving seeing these wind turbines turning and knowing that we are saving the enviroment too.
Thank you, Miranda. Every time I see one in the distance, it makes me smile!
You can almost the power transfer … Let the little ones know how to do it right from the start.
Thanks for visiting my WW.
I know, it’s great Jill! I love what you just wrote” let the little ones know how to do it right from the star!”
