Wordless Wednesday, a simple post which features a photo to convey a message that speaks for itself without using words; well not a lot of words!
I love to support local and organic companies especially when their products are plastic-free. Sure, I could make my own mustard, and trust me I have tired. Failed miserably every single time. I figured the next best thing is to buy from Quebec companies that sources organic ingredients! And, when it comes to Kombucha I can’t get enough. I am, however, taking course in a few weeks on how to make it properly. This way, my Kombucha addiction will be so much cheaper.
Do you try to source your food locally? Organically?

I am the Good Girl Gone Green. Seeing garbage cans overflowing with recyclables breaks my heart.

Yes. Yes. It’s very important to me to buy local whenever I can. I wish more people would see the benefits of circulating money throughout our community. And to top it off the products are almost always better! I most definitely lean towards organic. I know not everyone sees the benefit here either but I see a huge difference in the way I feel when eating organic. I actually thought I was developing a dairy intolerance. Not anymore. GMO intolerance? Maybe. Thanks to organic products I know I’m fueling up on the good stuff without the bad.
