Wordless Wednesday, a simple post which features a photo to convey a message that speaks for itself without using words; well not a lot of words!
Best buddies.

We miss you, Kobe!
And even Shadow is wondering where his partner in crime is.

family dog, friends, growing old, pets

I am the Good Girl Gone Green. Seeing garbage cans overflowing with recyclables breaks my heart.

Kobe will be missed by all who loved him, it is so difficult to lose a beloved pet. That is a beautiful picture of JP with Kobe and certainly doesn’t need words.
Thanks! J.P certainly misses him.
awwww

This post made me cry

It made my husband cry, too! It is hard losing your best bud!
We lost our dog a few weeks ago.
It was crushing….
I’m sorry for your loss.
Thanks for commenting over at Sweet Country Life.
Have a beautiful rest of your week!
Love, Kristin
It is not easy, eh?
awww so beautiful, so sad
Thanks, Jenn!
That dog had a way of coughing directly into your face. His flatulence could clear a room. He once sat in a tray of white paint, which was hell to get out of his dark coat. But he also greeted everyone with an enthusiastic tail-wagging. He didn’t mind cuddling up when I cried over a bad break-up. And he was especially gentle and patient with this new generation of babies in the family, even when they pulled at ears and tail or used him as a stepping stool. Sure, he was petrified of thunderstorms, but he chased a bear once! Thank you for being awesome, Kobe. You are definitely one-of-a-kind. xox
Last night J.P was talking about the time he ran into some ladies house and when he started humping the lady at doggy school. LOL
Yep, he was one of a kind! I miss him. Nicely said, Amy!
Classic Kobe.
So Sorry about Kobey! Love the pictures though…such good memories to hold onto. Pets are family!
Thank you, Brandi!
Oh, so sweet and I’m so sorry your lost your Kobe! We lost a good guy like that a couple years ago.
Beautiful photos.
It will be harder when we go back home in May and no Kobe!
So sorry for your loss. Lovely pics, though. I’m glad you have sweet reminders of a treasured friendship.

We lost a dog in August. It’s tough. They are truly members of the family.

Awww, that made me sad. We lost our dog to parvo in 2009 and I still get teary-eyed when I think about him.
So sorry for your loss…
Thanks for stopping by and linking up. Have a great day!
Animals really become part of the family! Thanks, Kristi!
Oh, that is so sad. I’m so sorry Kobe’s gone. He was a beautiful dog!
Thanks, Lauren! He was a super dog. So friendly, and so gentle with the kiddos!
It is so hard to lose a dog. I remember every moment of the day my last dog died. And I know we will be going through that again in the next few years with one of our dogs and I have no doubt our other dog and our daughter will be confused by it. They are definitely loved members of the family.
