In honor of Canada’s birthday, here are some green fun facts about my home country!

Did you know?

Canada has a landmass of 3 855 100 sq mi (6.7%), only second to Russia. Source: Wikipedia

Quebec relies on hydropower for 97% of its electricity. The province has 57 hydro electric stations. Quebec generates 49.5% of the country’s hydroelectricity, and 31.5% of Canada’s electricity overall.
